Document Archiving - The Digital Way

Imagine an office space cluttered with boxes, folders and envelopes of papers. Imagine that it is your work place. It's from somebody whom you replaced. You are very excited to start working - until you saw the files and when your new boss told you to get a report done by the person you replaced made sometimes last, last year and is something about a financial update of the company.
