Navy says budget crisis threatens jobs, industry (Reuters)
Reuters - The failure of Congress to pass a spending bill for fiscal 2011 could force the Navy and Marine Corps to raid procurement and other accounts to pay sailors and Marines and cost the U.S. some 10,000 jobs, Navy Secretary Ray Mabus told a Senate hearing on Tuesday.
